Euro ho ho
EURO qualification grp. A
Kazakhstan - Portugal 1:2
Azerbaijan - Serbia 1:6
   Belgium - Armenia 3:0
After 12: PL 24 PT 23 RS 20 FI 20 BE 15 AM 15 KZ 7 AZ 5

Portugal take advantage of Poland's break to cut the gap to one point; Serbia moves ahead of Finland on head-to-head.
Poland NEEDS a win against Belgium or Serbia, or other results to go their way.
Portugal NEEDS a win against Armenia or Finland, or other results to go their way.
Serbia NEEDS wins against Kazakhstan and Poland, or other results to go their way.
Finland NEEDS to at least equal Portugal's result when playing Azerbaijan, then to win or draw 2:2 (or greater) in Portugal.

EURO qualification grp. B
 Ukraine - Faroe Islands 5:0
 Georgia - Scotland 2:0
  France - Lithuania 2:0
After 10: FR+ 25 SC+ 24 IT 23 UA 16 LT 10 GA+ 10 FO+ 0

Not the result Scotland would have wanted.
France NEEDS a win in Ukraine, or a draw and Scotland failing to beat Italy, or a defeat and Scotland losing to Italy.
Scotland NEEDS a home win against Italy, or a draw and the French losing to Ukraine or the Italians losing their last match.
Italy NEEDS a win against Scotland, or a draw against Scotland (or the French to lose to Ukraine) and at least a draw against the Faroe Islands, and if they can't get that, they bloody well don't deserve to qualify.

EURO qualification grp. C
            Turkey - Greece 0:1
             Malta - Moldova 2:3
Bosnia-Herzegovina - Norway 0:2
After 10: GR 25 NO 20 TR 18 BH+ 13 HU 12 MV+ 9 MT 5

Greece's win puts them through, and Turkey in great danger of going out. Norway's victory against Bosnia-Herzegovina gives them a qualification spot, at least for now.
GREECE has qualified.
Norway NEEDS a win at home to Turkey. If the match is drawn 0:0 or 1:1, a draw in Malta will suffice; if it's a 3:3 or greater draw, Norway will require a win or a Turkey loss to Bosnia-Herzegovina. A 2:2 draw would require Turkey to win by two clear goals if Norway draws, any win if Norway loses.
Turkey NEEDS a win in its trip to Norway, and Norway to not beat Malta unless Turkey beats Bosnia. Hope that's all clear!

EURO qualification grp. D
San Marino - Wales 1:2
   Ireland - Cyprus 1:1
   Germany - Czechia 0:3
After 10: CZ 23 DE 23 IE+ 16 CY 14 SK 13 WA 13 SM+ 0

The Czechs pick up the win they need to qualify. Cyprus still has a shot at finishing third, as both Germany and Czechia can expect to send out experimental teams.
CZECHIA has qualified.
GERMANY qualified last week-end.

EURO qualification grp. E
   Russia - England 2:1
Macedonia - Andorra 3:0
After 9: HR* 20 RU 20 EN 19 MK 11 EE 4 AD* 0

Russia's win means they take over the second qualifying position in the group. As they have for most of the campaign, let's be honest.
Croatia NEEDS a win in Macedonia, or in England, or other results to go their way.
Russia NEEDS a win against Andorra. Or Croatia to beat England, but if they have to rely on that, they don't deserve to go.
England NEEDS to beat Croatia, and hope that the Croats have dropped something against Macedonia, or that the Andorrans beat the Russians. Who's got the television rights for that game?

EURO qualification grp. F
      Denmark - Latvia 3:1
Liechtenstein - Iceland 3:0
       Sweden - N.Ireland 1:1
After 10: SE 23 ES 22 DK 17 NI 17 LV 9 IS+ 8 LI+ 7

Is that two points dropped by Sweden, or one gained by Northern Ireland? We should point and laugh at Iceland, and wonder what odds we can get on Liechtenstein lifting the World Cup in 2010.
Sweden NEEDS a draw against Spain or Latvia, or a draw between Denmark and Northern Ireland, or other results to go their way.
Spain NEEDS a win against Sweden or Northern Ireland, or a draw between Denmark and Northern Ireland, or other results to go their way.
Denmark NEEDS to beat Northern Ireland and Iceland, and have Spain beaten by Sweden and Northern Ireland.
Northern Ireland NEEDS to beat Denmark and Spain, and either have Spain fail to beat Sweden, or Sweden lose to Latvia.

EURO qualification grp. G
 Luxembourg - Romania 0:2
Netherlands - Slovenia 2:0
    Albania - Bulgaria 1:1
After 10: RO 26 NL 23 BG 19 AB 11 SV+ 11 BL 7 LU+ 3

Wins for the leading two, and Albania up into fourth place? They'll be having delusions of adequacy next.
ROMANIA has qualified.
Netherlands NEEDS two points against Luxembourg and Belarus, or Bulgaria to slip up, yadda yadda don't deserve it if they don't.
Bulgaria NEEDS to beat Romania and Slovenia. And a miracle.
