EURO qualification grp. A
Armenia - Serbia 0:0
Azerbaijan - Portugal 0:2
Poland - Kazakhstan 3:1
Belgium - Finland 0:0
After 11: PL+ 24 PT 20 FI+ 20 RS 17 AM 15 BE 12 KZ 7 AZ 5
A decisive twist in the group's first match, the draw means that neither Armenia nor Serbia has a realistic chance of qualification. Portugal's win put them in a qualification place, and Finland's draw means they remain third. Kazakhstan was 1:0 up on Poland at half-time, but three late goals restored normal service. Portugal and Finland meet in Lisbon on 21 November, the last match date, and we can't see the qualification being settled sooner.
EURO qualification grp. B
Scotland - Ukraine 3:1
Faroe Islands - France 0:6
Italy - Georgia 2:0
After 10: SC 24 IT 23 FR 22 UA* 13 LT* 10 GE 7 FO 0
As you were; wins for the top three ensure that this is going to the wire. Scotland finishes with Georgia and Italy; Italy also has the Faroes, and France has Lithuania and Ukraine, and needs to win both.
EURO qualification grp. C Hungary - Malta 2:0 Moldova - Turkey 1:1 Greece - Bosnia-Herzegovina 3:2 After 9: GR 22 TR 18 NO 17 BH+ 13 HU+ 12 MV+ 6 MT 5
Turkey really doesn't want to take part in the Nations Cup; after ceding a place to Latvia last time, it looks like they'll give in to Norway here. Turkey plays Greece on Wednesday; a win for the Greeks will put them through. Turkey and Norway on 17 November could be a winner-takes-all match. Moldova's draw lifts them off the foot of the table.
EURO qualification grp. D Slovakia - San Marino 7:0 Cyprus - Wales 3:1 Ireland - Germany 0:0 After 9: DE 23 CZ 20 IE+ 15 SK+ 13 CY 13 WA 10 SM 0
Germany took the draw they needed to secure qualification with three matches left, and ahead of their match against the Czechs on Wednesday. It's entirely possible that Wales - who play San Marino next - will finish in sixth place on 13 points.
EURO qualification grp. E England - Estonia 3:0 After 8: HR 20 EN 19 RU 17 MK 8 EE+ 4 AD* 0
England return to a qualification spot for the first time in a year. The side will have to work hard to retain that place: a trip to Russia, and a home match against Croatia completes the programme, with Russia's trip to Andorra potentially spoiling the English party.
EURO qualification grp. F
Iceland - Latvia 2:4
Liechtenstein - Sweden 0:3
Denmark - Spain 1:3
After 9: SE 22 ES+ 22 NI 16 DK 14 LV 9 IS+ 8 LI+ 0
It's not all over for Northern Ireland, for the last three match-days include Sweden-NI, Spain-Sweden, Spain-NI. NI complete against Denmark, and Sweden against Latvia. The Irish need to win two games and to defeat the loser of the Spain-Sweden head-to-head. Or, slightly more simply, win all three and they're through. Latvia climb to 5th.
EURO qualification grp. G Belarus - Luxembourg 0:1 Romania - Netherlands 1:0 Slovenia - Albania 0:0 After 9: RO 23 NL 20 BG 18 SV+ 11 AB 10 BL+ 9 LU+ 3
Important action at both ends of the group: Romania's win means they'll qualify with a win on Wednesday. This should be simple, except that their next opponents, Luxembourg, will be in the unfamiliar territory of looking for two wins in a row. The Dutch travel to Slovenia; Bulgaria make the trip to Albania.
